Shipping Policy
Dispatch Times We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Please note that during busier periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery Options We ship across the UK via Royal Mail using the following services:
- Second Class – estimated 2–4 working days
- First Class – estimated 1–3 working days
- Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – next working day (signature required)
Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Fragile & Special Items Some items, such as candles and diffusers, require extra care in transit. These are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve this for you.
Tracking Tracking information is available for orders sent via Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Standard First and Second Class orders may not include tracking. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
UK Shipping Only Please note that we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We are unable to accept orders from outside the UK at this time.
